New flight connects Iguazu Falls and El Calafate in Argentina

From July 1st, fly directly to discover two Humanity Natural Heritage Sites in Patagonia and the Litoral.


Aerolíneas Argentinas, the national airline, inaugurated on Wednesday July 1st 2015, its direct flight AR 1820 between Puerto Iguazú and El Calafate. The new service adds significantly to the connection of the Perito Moreno Glacier, in Santa Cruz province, and the Iguazu Falls, in Misiones province.

The itinerary covered by the new Boeing 737-800 includes a technical stop in Buenos Aires. The service is offered four times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. In this way, travellers from all over the world that visit our country year after year in order to feel the roaring creak of the Glacier or to be astounded by the potent Falls have new facilities so as to experience an unforgettable journey.
